Farm Mechanic Merit Badge Clinic

Join us for the Farm Mechanic at Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta  on Saturday November 7, 2020.  The clinic will begin at 9:00 am.  All Scouts BSA must have approval to take this clinic from their Scoutmaster.  Each Scout must bring the Annual Health and Medical form parts A & B only.  Each Scouts BSA and family member will need to pass the health assessment when arriving at camp. Please click here for our health and safety information. For this class participants will need to bring their merit badge book and have read it, their lunch, and a water bottle. Merit badge books are available on Amazon Kindle.

Bring with you the following items:

• Merit badge blue card.  Signed by your scoutmaster.  

• Safety glasses (required) and work gloves (optional)

• Claw hammer or ball peen hammer that needs a new wooden handle. (handles supplied)

• A cold chisel that has a tip that needs re-dressing.   

• Copy of the Merit badge pamphlet if available (http://www.usscouts.org/mb/worksheets/Farm-Mechanics.pdf)

• Paper and a writing instrument. 

• Drinks or a water bottle.  

• Lunch

• Dress for the weather.  (uniforms not required.  wear clothes that can get dirty or oily.)
