Pre-Requisites:
1. Read Coin Collecting merit badge book.
2. Scouts will be reviewed on requirements:
     1, 2a-f, 3, 4a-f, 5, 6 7.
3. Collect from circulation and bring (req. 4)
4. Be prepared to describe the 1999-2008 State Quarters program.
