Step right up—if you dare—for the spine-chilling returns of the Haunted Hayride & Walk at Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta in Burlington, WI! You have a single weekend to face what lurks in the shadows: October 23–24.

Your descent into the unknown begins as you climb aboard the creaking hay wagon and plunge into the darkened, twisting woods. Every rustle in the trees and turn in the trail will leave you trembling in anticipation of the creatures that prowl the night.

Halfway through your journey, you’ll be forced to make a decision to disembark to rest your weary soul—and feast on cursedly divine morsels at the Witch’s Kitchen or stay aboard the wagon for the harrowing ride back... provided you can escape the haunting spirits along the way. Upon your return, face a sinister choice: do you dare trek up the dark hill into the dread-filled woods on foot, or will fear claim you first?

Hours of Haunting & Details

• Nighttime Terrors (Friday & Saturday): The haunting hour strikes at 7:00 PM, with the final wagon departing into the gloom around 9:30 PM. The journey lasts 40 minutes... though to some, it feels like an eternity.
• Daylight Matinee (Saturday Only): For younger spirits and the faint of heart, join us from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM for a tamer, sunlight-lit hayride.
• Boarding & Registration: Our wagons carry 25–30 fresh bodies per trip. Secure your spot in advance online, or take your chances at the door for an additional fee.
• Attire: Bundle up against the midnight chill—we want to be the only reason you're getting goosebumps!

• Cost is $12.00 per person in advance or $15.00 at the door
• Cost is free for children 3 and under
• Cost for the special commemorative glow-in-the-dark patch is $2.50
• Light concessions will be available for purchase during the event

The walk has a rating of moderate for difficulty, as there are some stairs and inclines.  May be scary for young children (so feel free to choose the less scary Saturday daylight matinee Halloween Hayride option instead).
