70% of all Boy Scouts come from the Webelos in Cub Scout Packs.  Make sure your Troop is connected with a Cub Scout Pack. Get in touch with the Cubmaster and invite the Webelos out to a Troop Open House.  The Troop can also recruit from the 5th grade boys at school.  Many 5th graders were never Cub Scouts and telling the all the exciting adventures they will have in Boy Scouts is a must. It is also time for Cub Scout Packs to recruit new Tiger Cubs from the kindergarten classes at school.  The Tigers can participate in Day Camp and start their Scouting career out with bang.
