We want adults and their Scouts to come to camp for a day and enjoy a day of shooting sports to carry on what Tom started. Safety and education are of utmost importance and our instructors will make sure that happens and give you a fun-filled day.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY SO THAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR THE PROPER PROGRAM YOU DESIRE.

OPTION ONE (Cost is $30.00):  This option is for parents or Scouts BSA (must be 13 years old).  All day shooting sports includes:  Rifle, pistol (pistol is for adults only), pellet, and archery competition.  Space is limited, so sign-up early to claim your spot.

OPTION TWO (Cost is $50.00):  This option is for parents and their Scouts BSA (must be 13 years old).  All day shooting sports includes:  Rifle, pistol (pistol is for adults only), pellet, and archery competition.  Space is limited, so sign-up early to claim your spot.

OPTION THREE (Cost is $75.00):  This option is for parents and 2 Scouts BSA (must be 13 years old).  All day shooting sports includes:  Rifle, pistol (pistol is for adults only), pellet, and archery competition.  Space is limited, so sign-up early to claim your spot.

Tom Herbert spent 30 years in the Air Force and was in Scouting for over 65 years all over the world.  After retirement he returned to his home state of Wisconsin and once again joined the IMR Staff to teach shooting sports.  After IMR became a Cub Camp, he was asked to take over the shooting sports program at LNC.

Tom became a Training Counselor through the NRA and started a shooting sports committee for Three Harbors Council. He trained and certified countless adults as head of the National Camp School shooting sports staff in the Central region as well as adults in this area.  Those certifications enabled adults to become instructors and help at our Scout camps.
