| Thanks to all the Fox River units who participated in the Scouting for Food on Saturday, March 23, 2013. Scouts collected the food bags from the front porches of residents’ homes. In addition, there were Scouts accepting donations of non-perishable food items outside several major grocery stores throughout our area. The collected food items were then delivered to local food pantries that serve the needy. These pantries are for Kenosha and Racine Counties only. The Milwaukee area Districts deliver their food to Feeding America who distributes the food to local pantries. |
