Direct Responsibilities:

Ken serves as the District Executive for the Southshore District encompassing South Milwaukee, Cudahy, St. Francis, Bayview and the south side of Milwaukee.  Ken’s role is to promote and continue the mission of Scouting in the communities he serves through membership development, leadership recruitment, fundraising and product sales.

 
Personal Background:

Ken holds a B.S. in Communications from Illinois State University, located in Normal, IL.  Prior to joining Scouting on a professional level, he was employed in the insurance industry for 12 years.  Ken started his Scouting career at age 6, becoming an Eagle Scout with Troop 262, part of Northwest Suburban Council in Mt. Prospect, IL.  Ken is a Life Member of the National Eagle Scout Association and is active with the Order of the Arrow.  He enjoys the outdoors and volunteering.  Ken and his wife currently volunteer with their son’s Cub Scout pack in Muskego, WI.
