Meeting Minutes

Three Harbors Council and the Baden-Powell Northwoods Experience

The Council Key 4 and Al Lambert, the BSA Central Regional Director, met with Baden-Powell Northwoods Experience (BPNE) representatives on February 4, 2016 to discuss BPNE’s intentions to operate an independent campground. The meeting went very well; both organizations are willing to cooperate in the future as long as certain BSA regulations are followed regarding non-council campsites, fundraising and other matters.
